This is an appeal from a judgment entered against Southwest Airlines Co., Appellant, for the sum of $108,068.89, plus interest and attorneys fees following a jury trial of a breach of employment contract case. In eleven points of error, Appellant attacks the admission and sufficiency of evidence establishing that Appellee was a party to the written employment contract, the amount and measure of damages and interest awarded to Appellee, and the trial courts failure to dismiss the case for want of prosecution. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
